The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The studio includes air conditioning, a roller shutter, TV, washing machine, and step-free indoor access. A full linen kit is available on request for an extra fee. Enjoy the terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and stunning sea views—perfect for sunsets and admiring the Corsican coastline. A free shared parking space is provided. Please note: the property is non-smoking, and pets and events are not permitted. The studio is in Marine de Sant’Ambroggio, between Calvi and L’Île-Rousse, in Lumio on Corsica’s west coast. Grocery store, bakery, and restaurants are 100 m away. Boules court nearby. At the Marina port, you’ll find restaurants, bakery, butcher, fishmonger, newsagent, hairdresser, gas station, as well as boat and paddle rentals. Boat trips and a diving school are available. Hiking trails start from the studio. Tennis court 15 minutes’ walk. The train station is 150 m away, connecting beaches between Calvi and L’Île-Rousse.
